1. Alpha Program Participation

CTOSphere is currently in invite-only alpha. By accepting an invitation to participate, you agree to these terms. Alpha access is provided at no cost for evaluation purposes and may be revoked at any time.

2. Service Description

CTOSphere provides AI-powered technical consulting services, including but not limited to architectural guidance, decision support, and technical documentation assistance. The service is provided "as is" during the alpha period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CTOSphere only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service to generate harmful, misleading, or malicious content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models

4. Data and Privacy

During the alpha period:

  • Your project data is stored securely and used only to provide the service
  • Conversation data may be reviewed to improve service quality
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content and data. AI-generated suggestions and documentation are provided for your use but do not constitute professional engineering advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before implementation.

6. Limitation of Liability

CTOSphere and O'Side Systems LLC provide this alpha service without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI recommendations. The service is not intended to replace professional engineering judgment.

7. Feedback and Improvements

As an alpha participant, we encourage you to provide feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
